Employment Terms & Conditions

By accepting this employment, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

Commission Structure

40,000 UGX for Ugandans and USD 40 for non-Ugandans per hour of consultation.

Client Sessions

Create rapport with clients to agree on convenient date and time for 5 sessions.

Interview Process

Your interview is the first client - ensure you have sufficient expertise and information.

Payment Terms

Payment at the end of your second client accepting your advice/services.

Client Satisfaction

If client doesn't understand/agree after 5th session, schedule with another employee at your own fee.

Termination Policy

Same day notice termination. Once out, you only come back as a client.

Work Assignment

Work assignments will be communicated via email.

Client Limit

You will only work on nine successful clients maximum.
